Villa San Crispolto

Welcome to Villa San Crispolto! We invite you to enter a world of rustic charm, benevolent history and elegant tradition. It is here that you will discover an ancient home founded out of love and restored out of the commitment to passing that love onto our guests for many years to come. San Crispolto is an exclusive historic villa, offering luxury accommodations between Orvieto and Siena, in Umbria close to Tuscany and other regions of Italy. Only one hour from Florence and two from Rome, the villa is near the site of the Battle of Lake Trasimeno.

This Villa is unlike any other. It is a rare historical discovery and a stunning example of accurate reconstruction techniques. The entire complex, including the villa, a chapel and spectacular grounds, provides an extraordinary experience for your vacation in Italy. Rent the entire villa directly from the owner, for a glimpse of the everyday life of a farm village.

Villa San Crispolto can accommodate 16-17 guests and is also available as separate apartment rentals for 2-4 guests. The villa is furnished with antiques and is comprised of 9 bedrooms, 8 of which have a view of the lake, 5 full bathrooms, 4 fireplaces and a gourmet kitchen.

The villa is located just 5 minutes from Passignano sul Lago with shops and restaurants. Within easy driving distance are many important towns in Tuscany and Umbria such as Perugia, Assisi, Cortona, Montepulciano, Siena and Florence. And Rome is just 2.5 hours away. Surrounding the villa are gardens rich with native plants of Umbria, an olive grove with centuries old trees, a swimming pool and spectacular 360 degree views of the lake and countryside. The location is perfect for discovering two of Italy's most famous regions, Umbria and Tuscany while the grounds provide a relaxing atmosphere after a day of touring.
